Feasibility Costs

Our feasibility cost service takes historical information from our experience, or from our clients, to provide initial budget costings.

By using a long developed cost analysis method, J C Management Services can use floor area’s and final build costs from many projects, over time, to break down cost elements, with sufficient accuracy to enable ‘swings and roundabouts’ costings.

Each project will be different, and some cost elements will be identified and priced separately and qualified at the end of each quote.

J C Management Services can take old jobs you have completed if you have costs and plans still available, we can put together costs that are tailored to your company and client base.

This format can also then be used as a breakdown for the project for a staged payment and valuation breakdown.
